General Description:
The Identity Access Management Analyst is responsible for demonstrating Parrish Healthcare’s Culture of Choice®, for implementing, managing, and maintaining the organization's identity and access management systems and policies. The Identity Access Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's digital assets by controlling access to systems, applications, and data. The IAM Analyst collaborates with various teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to design, configure, and monitor IAM solutions that align with the organization's security objectives. The position shall exemplify the desired Culture of Choice® and philosophies of Parrish Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, and manage identity and access management solutions to protect the organization's resources and data.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand access requirements and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Create and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to enhance security and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and access requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and address any potential security risks or unauthorized access.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to IAM systems and processes to enhance efficiency and security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management to maintain a robust security posture.
- Assist in the integration of IAM solutions with other security and IT systems.
- Assist in compliance assessments and audits to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Knows fire, disaster and safety procedures and regulations as it pertains to the work area.
- Performs similar or related duties as assigned.

- Associate's Degree, and/or other two-year College equivalent required (A combination of experience and certifications may be considered).
Work Experience:
- 2 years to < 3 years
Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:
- 2 of the following are required within one (1) year of employment:
- Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) [Security Essentials (GSEC),
- Security Fundamentals (GISF)], CompTIA [Security Best Practices (Security+)],
- Identity Management Institute (IMI) [Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS)],
- International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) [Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)],
- Identity Management Institute (IMI) [Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM),
- Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST),
- Certified Identity Protection Advisor (CIPA)], Microsoft [Microsoft Certified:
- Identity and Access Administrator Associate (MCA-IAAA),
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (MCA-IPAA)]
